Starting up in 1996, we utilized our cheese making training in the US to begin manufacturing international quality cheeses. Our products were quickly accepted by the 5 star hotel industry and we began distributing our products throughout India. High end restaurants, flight kitchens, coffee and pastry chains are some of our esteemed clients. We currently reside in a ISO22000 designed facility with an in house laboratory to ensure food safety.
